Dragon Age II might stir up a little controversy for the radical changes BioWare implemented in the series, but many of them were done to make the game more accessible. +2 to all stats is 10x better then any other rune your going to put there, by level 20 you'll have rune slots in almost everything, just put it in gloves where you can't get a lot of resistance from 1 rune. 0. berelinde.

The sword he mentions is in fact best in slot. I tried crafting a tier 3 with dragon material and even then they are SLIGHTLY worse. Also, the proc effect on the Sulevin is broken good. But I digress, the rune I chose for my Sulevin was a superb lightning rune.
